In no case shall J-Joosisters, our directors, officers, employee, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to use of the service or any products, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Import Duty
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such law.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you are happy with all the items purchased from J-Joosisters, however should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us with the following information: Your name, the Order Number, Date of your Order, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
All items must be un-opened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable conditions as new.
For refunds on international orders, the amount paid in UK pounds will be refunded in full, J-Joosisters is not responsible in any way for any exchange rate variance between the time of purchase and refund.

You can return any item for a refund to us at your cost within 14 days of receiving your original order.
It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not in their/its original condition.
Damaged returns: if the item is received back damaged or not ‘as new’, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a refund based on the condition of the item, to be determined on receipt.
We will email you as soon as your return has been received. All refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we will notify you once the refund has been made. It can take up to 5 working days until you see the refund in your account.
Please ensure that you ask for a proof posting receipt at the Post Office when you send the item(s) back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.
Both the original postage and the return postage is non-refundable.
Reviews
Reviews can be placed directly on the product page or website (for site reviews). Or through a review request email sent 14 days after an order has been placed.
J-Joosisters reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotions
Any promotions, discounts, or vouchers offered by us at any time including other social media promotions, may not be used in conjunction with any other J-Joosisters promotion.
